ShoHost provides customer support through live chat, WhatsApp, email, and support tickets (for account-related updates). Clients can reach us via these channels for assistance.
ShoHost uses the default WHMCS monitoring tool for server status. cPanel users can access the "Service Status" function for real-time monitoring.

ShoHost imposes a limit of 100 emails per hour and 1000 emails per day per account to prevent abuse. The dispatch of mass emails or newsletters using your hosting account’s email addresses is strictly prohibited. ShoHost reserves the right to suspend or block any account that exceeds these limits or sends unsolicited advertising.
We maintain a daily backup of all hosted data for up to 3 days. However, in rare cases, backups may be missed due to storage limitations. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own backup strategy.
Any changes, deletions, relocations, or overriding of content on your account will only be executed upon a verified request via our support ticket system. The support team is not obliged to perform tasks that can be completed by the customer using available tools.
Clients are allowed to install any software on their hosting accounts as long as it does not modify server configurations or create conflicts that could affect server stability.
To ensure server security and stability, a process monitoring system is active. This system automatically terminates processes that run excessively long or consume excessive memory (RAM).
ShoHost offers free relocation of up to three accounts (each not exceeding 5 GB) within our web hosting or managed server network. Clients must transfer databases themselves. Relocation to or from external servers or dedicated root servers is not available.
Each email account includes a server-side spam filter, which can be optionally deactivated. Spam emails are automatically deleted after a set period. Additionally, ShoHost employs a virus filter for incoming emails; emails containing viruses are rejected, and the sender is notified. Sending emails with viruses is strictly prohibited.
