ShoHost Dedicated Server Terms and Conditions

1. Service Provision

ShoHost provides dedicated server services with full root access to the client. Clients are responsible for managing their own servers, including security and updates.

2. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Clients must use resources responsibly to avoid negative impacts on network stability. Excessive bandwidth consumption may result in limitations.

3. Security and Compliance

Clients are responsible for securing their servers. Any misuse leading to security threats will result in service suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Hosting or distributing illegal content.
• Engaging in spamming or DDoS attacks.
• Unauthorized network scanning or hacking activities.

5. Backup and Data Protection

ShoHost does not provide automatic backups for dedicated servers. Clients are responsible for their own data backup strategies.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Dedicated server payments are non-refundable once activated. Clients may cancel services at the end of the billing cycle.
