Because SDrive speaks standard protocols, most backup software can use it as a destination. Snapshots on the storage add another layer of protection.

Protocols, Snapshots and File Versions
Every SDrive plan includes SFTP, FTPS, WebDAV, Samba, S3 and Rsync access. Snapshots run on hourly, daily, weekly and monthly schedules, and each file path keeps several older versions.
Plans use a soft quota (90%, or 85% on sdrive-scale) with a 48-hour grace period, so you get time to tidy up or upgrade before storage is full.
Backup Storage and Backup Software
SDrive is the storage destination; the backup software is separate. For cPanel servers, ShoHost also sells JetBackup licences, which are a different product.
