Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

ShoHost sells digital services and software only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no physical returns. A "return" means cancelling a service and, where this policy allows it, getting a refund of the amount paid.

2. Hosting plans: 7-day money-back

Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting (including Master and Alpha reseller) and lifetime hosting plans come with a 7-day money-back period.

• Ask for a refund within 7 days of the order date and we refund the amount paid for the hosting plan.
• Requests after 7 days are not eligible.
• Accounts suspended for abuse or for breaking our Terms and Conditions are not eligible.

3. ShoHost software: 15-day free trial and 7-day refund

Our own products are the WHMCS WhatsApp module, ShoSecureAuth (passkey and 2FA for WHMCS), Sho MultiReseller and the WHMCS Binance payment gateway.

• Where a product page offers a 15-day free trial, you can test the product before you pay.
• After you buy, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the order date.

4. Non-refundable services

The following are not refundable once the order is placed and the service has been set up:

• Third-party software licences, such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Imunify360, Softaculous and WHMCS licences
• Windows RDP (rdp.shohost.com)
• Cloud VDS and n8n KVM plans (cloud.shohost.com)
• Dedicated servers (root.shohost.com)
• Storage plans (storage.shohost.com)

You can still cancel these services at any time so they do not renew.

5. How to ask for a refund or cancel

• Open a ticket at the ShoHost help desk, or email support@shohost.com from the email address on your account.
• Include your invoice number and the service you want to cancel.
• To stop a renewal, submit a cancellation request from the client area before the next due date.

6. When you get your money

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show it; for example, card payments through Stripe can take 5 to 7 business days and Cashfree payments 7 to 9 business days.
