Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

All ShoHost products are digital services or software. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses. This applies to orders from India, the United States and every other country we serve.

2. How you receive your order

• After payment is confirmed, we send your access details (login details, licence key or server details) to the email address on your account.
• The same details are available in the client area where you placed the order: manage.shohost.com for hosting, license.shohost.com for licences and ShoHost software, rdp.shohost.com for Windows RDP, cloud.shohost.com for cloud VDS and n8n, root.shohost.com for dedicated servers and storage.shohost.com for storage.

3. Activation time

• Hosting plans: set up after payment is confirmed.
• Third-party licences (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and others): activated on your server IP after payment is confirmed.
• ShoHost software (WHMCS WhatsApp module, ShoSecureAuth, Sho MultiReseller, WHMCS Binance gateway): download and licence details are available in the client area after payment is confirmed.
• Windows RDP, cloud VDS, n8n, dedicated servers and storage: delivered by email and in the client area after payment is confirmed and the server is set up.

If you have not received your details, check your spam folder and the client area, then contact us during support hours.

4. Payment methods

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you select. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and include debit and credit cards, and in India UPI, net banking and wallets. PayPal and Binance (crypto) are available on some stores.
