Multi-User Tally on Cloud for Teams
Business and Enterprise plans let several people work in Tally at the same time.
Tally Cloud Business allows 3 concurrent users with 3 shared RDP sessions, and Tally Cloud Enterprise allows 5 concurrent users with 5 shared RDP sessions. Tally Cloud Starter is a single-user plan with dedicated RDP access.
Your TallyPrime licence must cover the number of users who will work at the same time. The licence is bought from Tally or a Tally partner, not from ShoHost.

How the Tally Server Is Set Up
Tally cloud plans run on Windows servers with a shared IP address. Only the Remote Desktop (RDP) port is open, which keeps the server focused on remote work in Tally rather than hosting public websites or services.
Each plan has its own vCores and RAM (2 vCores and 4 GB on Starter up to 4 vCores and 16 GB on Enterprise) and a 200 Mbps connection with unmetered traffic.

Is the Tally licence included?

Is Tally on cloud refundable?
No. RDP and Tally cloud plans are non-refundable, so ask us before you order if you are not sure which plan fits.
How is this different from Windows RDP?
Our Windows RDP plans are general-purpose remote desktops. Tally cloud plans are sized for TallyPrime users, with concurrent users and shared RDP sessions on the Business and Enterprise plans.
